After 3 played minutes Bogsbybabes got a freekick which was hit by Marius Wergeland. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Stefan Langholm sped through Draugen FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sander Mikkelborg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krister Nekstad in the 11th minute of play forced Draugen FC's goalkeeper Sander Mikkelborg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thomas Berntsen kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 16thth minute of the game Krister Nekstad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Draugen FC's Sander Mikkelborg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Victor Fjeldheim received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erik Tønsberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Victor Fjeldheim slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 19th minute. After having played for 25 minutes, Stefan Langholm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bogsbybabes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stefan Langholm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Draugen FC's Severin Husebø seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Severin Husebø the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Draugen FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Severin Husebø had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Draugen FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Marius Wergeland sped through Draugen FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sander Mikkelborg. Sander Mikkelborg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krister Nekstad, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When Stefan Langholm came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Bogsbybabes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stefan Langholm couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fredrik Arnøy made a kick off. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Fredrik Arnøy sped through Draugen FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sander Mikkelborg. After 58 minutes of play, Bogsbybabes's Fredrik Arnøy made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sander Mikkelborg was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 62 played minutes Draugen FC got a freekick which was hit by Bjørn Bekken. Stefan Langholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sander Mikkelborg having to interfere. Sander Mikkelborg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Krister Nekstad in the 70th minute. Sander Mikkelborg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Krister Nekstad went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. Draugen FC's Sander Mikkelborg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Arnøy in the 78th minute of play. Mikkel Flem charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mikkel Flem the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mikkel Flem kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Fredrik Arnøy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sander Mikkelborg having to make a save. Stefan Langholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Krister Nekstad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sander Mikkelborg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krister Nekstad in the 88th minute of the match. If Krister Nekstad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fredrik Arnøy struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Sander Mikkelborg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bogsbybabes. 97 minutes into the game, Espen Pilskog recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sander Mikkelborg. Espen Pilskog showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-8. When the final whistle sounded Bogsbybabes left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Draugen FC.
