Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Odd-Eirik Aase started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lars Teigland in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fredrik Malvik saved Porsgrund from getting behind. Runar Sundstrøm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Arnoldo Calero came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Mundheim FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnoldo Calero couldn't finish the play. In the 17thth minute of the game Lars Teigland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Porsgrund's Fredrik Malvik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Arnoldo Calero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fredrik Malvik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Odd-Eirik Aase recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30thth minute of the game Lars Teigland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Porsgrund's Fredrik Malvik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Lars Teigland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mundheim FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Lars Teigland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fredrik Malvik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Mundheim FK booed when Porsgrund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bjarne Wiig didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38thth minute of the game Lars Teigland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Porsgrund's Fredrik Malvik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lasse Kjørstad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Mikkel Refseth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mikkel Refseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Odd-Eirik Aase in the 45th minute of play. In the 48thth minute of the game Lars Teigland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Porsgrund's Fredrik Malvik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Porsgrund players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mundheim FK were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lars Teigland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mikkel Refseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Wennberg in the 51st minute of play. If Morten Monsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60 minutes, Lars Teigland made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Porsgrund's Fredrik Malvik tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lars Teigland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredrik Malvik having to interfere. Fredrik Malvik was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arnoldo Calero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 65 minute of play. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Porsgrund's goalkeeper Fredrik Malvik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marius Haddal's late challenge caught a Mundheim FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marius Haddal helped the player get up and apologised. Marius Haddal hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Lars Teigland who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Fredrik Malvik when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Fredrik Malvik managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Mundheim FK's Lars Teigland fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Arnoldo Calero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fredrik Malvik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Teigland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lars Teigland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fredrik Malvik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Alpertunga Salik got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fredrik Malvik quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Lars Teigland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Mundheim FK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
