Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Øystein Seglem made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th match minute, Stongarvaag BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes Shala to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Øystein Seglem in the 7th minute of play forced Stongarvaag BK's goalkeeper Jakob Dalene to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Øystein Seglem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Sandstøl FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jakob Eldevik came free, but Halvor Melum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Øystein Seglem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iver Trones during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Roald Øyen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Halvor Melum made a huge save. Sandstøl FC's Øystein Seglem got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Halvor Melum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakob Eldevik in the 24th minute of the match. Roald Øyen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Halvor Melum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Øystein Seglem notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Stongarvaag BK's Jakob Dalene. Jakob Dalene was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Halvor Melum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakob Eldevik, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Sandstøl FC's Øystein Seglem got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 38 minutes, Kjell Phan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sandstøl FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjell Phan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Stongarvaag BK. Jakob Dalene showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Øystein Seglem, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jakob Eldevik was the one to do the kick off. If Jakob Eldevik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Øystein Seglem could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Jakob Dalene made a huge save. 61 minutes into the match, Øystein Seglem notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Stongarvaag BK's Jakob Dalene. In the 70th minute Jakob Eldevik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halvor Melum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 played minutes Stongarvaag BK got a freekick which was hit by Roald Øyen. Frode Haraldstad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Jakob Dalene tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Krane charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Krane the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Stongarvaag BK's Martin Krane got a free kick in the 75th minute. Jakob Dalene made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Øystein Seglem sent off a good shot on target. Halvor Melum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roald Øyen in the 78th minute of play. After 80 played minutes, Stongarvaag BK's Martin Krane shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Halvor Melum came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Stongarvaag BK reached it. Halvor Melum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roald Øyen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Øystein Seglem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frode Haraldstad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jakob Eldevik's late challenge caught a Sandstøl FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jakob Eldevik helped the player get up and apologised. After 86 played minutes Stongarvaag BK got a freekick which was hit by Jakob Eldevik. 87 minutes into the match, Stongarvaag BK's goalkeeper Jakob Dalene had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Øystein Seglem. Øystein Seglem struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Jakob Dalene didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sandstøl FC. In the 90th minute, Frode Haraldstad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Stongarvaag BK's zone, Øystein Seglem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jakob Dalene came out of the goal and Øystein Seglem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frode Haraldstad in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jakob Dalene saved Stongarvaag BK from getting behind. Sandstøl FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
