After a rather tough play, Frøystul's Richard Wergeland got a free kick in the 39th minute. Raymond Haukås showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tor-Henrik Fiksdal in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Erland Huse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raymond Haukås saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Tor-Henrik Fiksdal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kviby fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 73 played minutes Kviby got a freekick which was hit by Martin Juliussen. The audience was convinced that Rikard Korneliussen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nils-Johan Horn was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. A collision led to Kviby getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Martin Juliussen hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute Erland Huse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raymond Haukås saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
