Spectators: 6762 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 0) Black Bugs FC's Kent-Are Løge started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Max Linde could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Halvard Støen made a huge save. Torjus Gjerløw sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Max Linde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 13 minutes into the game, Kent-Are Løge cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Even Viddal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Max Linde in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Halvard Støen saved Black Bugs FC from getting behind. 18 minutes into the game, Black Bugs FC's Inge Lundgård nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Even Viddal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 22 minutes into the match, Black Bugs FC's goalkeeper Halvard Støen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Max Linde. Halvard Støen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Max Linde's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. The audience was convinced that Max Linde's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Halvard Støen was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. 29 minutes into the match, Flaggers's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Dokken came free, but Even Viddal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Flaggers's Kai Lyng nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Halvard Støen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 34th minute, Mario Beckert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Black Bugs FC booed when Flaggers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kai Lyng didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Beckert was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 43 minutes into the match. After the first half Black Bugs FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Kent-Are Løge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 1-4 became the score in the 52nd minute when Richard Dokken elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 55 minutes into the game, Max Linde was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flaggers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Black Bugs FC the free kick. After 56 played minutes Flaggers got a freekick which was hit by Max Linde. 58 minutes into the match, Flaggers's goalkeeper Even Viddal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Richard Dokken. Kai Lyng hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Max Linde managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flaggers's supporters rose to their feet, but Max Linde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Halvard Støen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Max Linde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flaggers's Even Viddal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Flaggers from getting a goal against them. Flaggers's Kai Lyng got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Max Linde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Halvard Støen having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Flaggers's Max Linde nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Halvard Støen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Flaggers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Kent-Are Løge scored to the left of an out of position Even Viddal, making the score, 2-5. Kai Lyng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Halvard Støen having to interfere. After 87 played minutes, Flaggers's Torjus Gjerløw shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Halvard Støen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Flaggers reached it. Black Bugs FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
