A very good chance. 0-1 became the score in the 9th minute when Daniel Eikenes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Daniel Eikenes succeeded in the game's 15th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Erling Ensrud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Økland in the 19th minute of the match. Gard Nordstrand kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Kenneth Hartviksen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Vilhelmsen having to interfere. In the 39th minute Daniel Eikenes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erling Ensrud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Vilhelmsen made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Kenneth Hartviksen sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Eikenes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erling Ensrud read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half Bjørgvin BK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Daniel Eikenes made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Bjørgvin BK got a corner. BK Trond's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Andreas Krogh ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Bjørgvin BK's corner Andreas Krogh fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Erling Ensrud quite easily take care of the ball. Bjørgvin BK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Andreas Krogh in the 55th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Kristian Økland heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Daniel Eikenes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 60 played minutes Bjørgvin BK got a freekick which was hit by Åsmund Bones. Elias Vilhelmsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenneth Hartviksen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd match minute, Bjørgvin BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åsmund Bones to maneuver through the defense. Kenneth Hartviksen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Vilhelmsen having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kenneth Hartviksen in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elias Vilhelmsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabian Fagerland in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elias Vilhelmsen saved Bjørgvin BK from getting behind. Elias Vilhelmsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenneth Hartviksen in the 84th minute of the match. If Espen Brunborg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With 89 minutes on the clock, Andreas Krogh commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 95 minutes into the game, Åsmund Bones was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bjørgvin BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BK Trond the free kick. The supporters of BK Trond booed when Bjørgvin BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Åsmund Bones didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elias Vilhelmsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Espen Brunborg in the 97th minute of play.
