Spectators: 7665 (Terracing: 5750, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) Espen Brunborg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilhelm Lønning in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erling Ensrud prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Moelv BF booed when BK Trond was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morten Norheim didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Runar Kvinnesland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilhelm Lønning took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erling Ensrud. Erling Ensrud dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 20th minute Espen Brunborg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tormod Ebbesen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st match minute, BK Trond was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gard Nordstrand to maneuver through the defense. Adam Hilstad took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erling Ensrud. BK Trond's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Peder Helland charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Peder Helland the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wilhelm Lønning fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erling Ensrud having to interfere. If Hans-Petter Danielsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 31 minutes, Fabian Fagerland mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BK Trond and the Moelv BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gard Nordstrand's late challenge caught a Moelv BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gard Nordstrand helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Moelv BF booed when BK Trond was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gard Nordstrand didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Wilhelm Lønning cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Erling Ensrud was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wilhelm Lønning recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd match minute, BK Trond was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Fagerland to maneuver through the defense. Moelv BF's Tormod Ebbesen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Espen Brunborg in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Moelv BF were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Wilhelm Lønning made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilhelm Lønning in the 53rd minute of play forced BK Trond's goalkeeper Erling Ensrud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Espen Brunborg struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Tormod Ebbesen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Trond. 59 minutes into the match, Moelv BF's goal looked a bit too open when Kenneth Hartviksen came free, but Tormod Ebbesen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 64 minutes, Wilhelm Lønning managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moelv BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilhelm Lønning was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wilhelm Lønning spun around in front of the goal 75 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of BK Trond's goal. Wilhelm Lønning struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Erling Ensrud didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moelv BF. 82 minutes in the game, Wilhelm Lønning fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Erling Ensrud having to interfere. BK Trond's Erling Ensrud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Lønning in the 93rd minute of play. If Hans-Petter Danielsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilhelm Lønning recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
