After having played for 39 minutes, Åsmund Owren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Oftenåsen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Åsmund Owren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, FK Oftenåsen's Åsmund Owren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Preben Olufsen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FortySix&2's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 54 minutes of play, FK Oftenåsen's Henrik Laugen made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Preben Olufsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Åsmund Owren came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the FK Oftenåsen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Åsmund Owren couldn't finish the play. If Henrik Laugen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in FortySix&2's zone, Åsmund Owren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Preben Olufsen came out of the goal and Åsmund Owren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Preben Olufsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Åsmund Owren in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute Carl Fauske shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anan As saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Preben Olufsen made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Åsmund Owren sent off a good shot on target. After 93 played minutes FortySix&2 got a freekick which was hit by Carl Fauske. Henrik Laugen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Preben Olufsen having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Åsmund Owren managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Oftenåsen's supporters rose to their feet, but Åsmund Owren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Preben Olufsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over FK Oftenåsen could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FortySix&2 throughout the match.
