Eivind Rognes was extremely unlucky when he, in the 22nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Rolf Skjold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Nourredine Adjaoud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28thth minute of the game Antonello Soccio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Perfect Team's Casper Bergström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Herman Bakker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Casper Bergström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonello Soccio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute of the match Dream United FC got a corner. Perfect Team's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antonello Soccio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sivert Martinsen was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antonello Soccio in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Bergström saved Perfect Team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Dream United FC's Gunter Artmann got a free kick in the 40th minute. Casper Bergström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonello Soccio, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Rolf Skjold ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nourredine Adjaoud was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antonello Soccio to make the kick off. The supporters of Perfect Team booed when Dream United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cato Zahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonello Soccio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Bergström having to interfere. Nourredine Adjaoud took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf Skjold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Cato Zahl was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. A collision led to Dream United FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Cato Zahl hit a great ball. After 73 played minutes, Perfect Team's Frank Hval shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nourredine Adjaoud came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Perfect Team reached it. Nourredine Adjaoud stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eivind Rognes's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Herman Bakker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Rolf Skjold made a precise shot to the right of Nourredine Adjaoud. Dream United FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0.
