Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 120) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eric Langen started the match with the kick off. Johnnie Ekström took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Runar Støen. Runar Støen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Tromvik's Runar Støen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnnie Ekström in the 7th minute of play. After 10 minutes of play, MCFC's Eric Langen made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Runar Støen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Runar Støen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Langen in the 14th minute of play. Runar Støen came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by MCFC's Johnnie Ekström. But to his dismay, Johnnie Ekström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 22nd minute, Magne Totland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Tromvik getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Raymond Fossen hit a great ball. Christian Sand hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Eric Langen notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Tromvik's Runar Støen. Runar Støen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Tromvik's zone, Johnnie Ekström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Runar Støen came out of the goal and Johnnie Ekström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Runar Støen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnnie Ekström in the 43rd minute of play. Raymond Fossen kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tromvik's Andreas Fjellvang got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Rune Holter sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Tromvik's Runar Støen didn't even have to move.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tim Ekelund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Langen in the 54th minute of play forced Tromvik's goalkeeper Runar Støen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Tromvik getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ask Kvinge hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Tromvik's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Langen came free, but Runar Støen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robert Lind during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 58 played minutes MCFC got a freekick which was hit by Robert Lind. Tromvik's Runar Støen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Karlsen in the 62nd minute of play. Eric Langen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Runar Støen made a huge save. 77 minutes into the game, Johnnie Ekström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Runar Støen. Johnnie Ekström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. When Ask Kvinge fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tromvik's protests and gave Ask Kvinge a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tromvik getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Ask Kvinge hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Karlsen in the 83rd minute of play forced Tromvik's goalkeeper Runar Støen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asmund Fosen came free with the goalkeeper in the 88th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Runar Støen could save by the left post. A collision led to Tromvik getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Magne Totland hit a great ball. Tromvik's Runar Støen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnnie Ekström in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded MCFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tromvik.
