Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Erling Heggelund made the kick off and thus started the match. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Storsæter BK's Stein Engh in the 2nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Rikard Sollid was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Tallaassæteren through an amazing save. In the 4th minute Storsæter BK were awarded a corner. Kai Thorgersen went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steinar Bergset in the 6th minute of play forced Tallaassæteren's goalkeeper Rikard Sollid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tallaassæteren's Rikard Sollid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stein Engh in the 8th minute of play. Steinar Bergset could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Rikard Sollid made a huge save. Eirik Alnes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Rikard Sollid made a huge save. Rikard Sollid made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eirik Alnes in the 26th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Steinar Bergset in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rikard Sollid prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 29 played minutes Tallaassæteren got a freekick which was hit by Tormod Øye. The audience thought a goal was coming when Steinar Bergset got free with Rikard Sollid in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Storsæter BK defense, Knut Garshol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bjarne Lindstrøm. The Storsæter BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bjarne Lindstrøm should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Storsæter BK's zone, Tormod Øye stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bjarne Lindstrøm came out of the goal and Tormod Øye tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 40 minutes into the game, Steinar Bergset recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rikard Sollid. Steinar Bergset showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Jostein Bogen hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Storsæter BK's Kai Thorgersen shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 44th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Rikard Sollid but with some difficulty. Eirik Alnes came free with the goalkeeper in the 48th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rikard Sollid could save by the left post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Steinar Bergset was the one to do the kick off. Rikard Sollid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steinar Bergset, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Tallaassæteren's goal looked a bit too open when Steinar Bergset came free, but Rikard Sollid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Tallaassæteren's goal looked a bit too open when Steinar Bergset came free, but Rikard Sollid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Kai Thorgersen came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Storsæter BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kai Thorgersen couldn't finish the play. Rikard Sollid came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Storsæter BK's Eirik Alnes. But to his dismay, Eirik Alnes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After a rather tough play, Tallaassæteren's Tormod Øye got a free kick in the 77th minute. Bjarne Lindstrøm was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jostein Bogen. When Storsæter BK's Steinar Bergset in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tallaassæteren's goalie prevented a goal. In the 85th minute, Steinar Bergset ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rikard Sollid was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 88th minute Eirik Alnes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rikard Sollid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rikard Sollid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bent Høiberg in the 91st minute of the match. Rikard Sollid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steinar Bergset, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 97 minutes into the match, Steinar Bergset had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rikard Sollid. Tallaassæteren's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Steinar Bergset was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Storsæter BK had played much better football throughout.
