The Raagrend FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pål Idsø should have stopped the shot. 11 minutes into the game, Konnerudkollen's Tord Krogsrud nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pål Idsø made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Konnerudkollen's Ådne Rikardsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steinar Bentzen in the 21st minute of play. Erlend Grønseth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pål Idsø having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Konnerudkollen's Eskil Bech broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Pål Idsø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erlend Grønseth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pål Idsø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erlend Grønseth, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the game, Steinar Bentzen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ådne Rikardsen. Steinar Bentzen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Konnerudkollen's Erlend Grønseth got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pål Idsø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyrre Hatland, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 40th match minute, Konnerudkollen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joar Soltveit to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Steinar Bentzen to make the kick off. Erlend Grønseth was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 52nd minute. Konnerudkollen's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Thanks to some nice moves Tord Krogsrud could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Pål Idsø however easily saved by the left post. Pål Idsø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyrre Hatland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erlend Grønseth in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pål Idsø prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 57 played minutes Raagrend FK got a freekick which was hit by Ole-Einar Torheim. Raagrend FK's Pål Idsø proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Raagrend FK from getting a goal against them. Kyrre Hatland received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pål Idsø came out and tried to block the shot, but Kyrre Hatland slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 61st minute. 64 minutes into the game, Konnerudkollen's Tord Krogsrud nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pål Idsø showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erlend Grønseth in the 71st minute of the match. Ådne Rikardsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Erlend Grønseth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pål Idsø made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Tord Krogsrud sent off a good shot on target. When Raagrend FK's Steinar Bentzen in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Konnerudkollen's goalie prevented a goal. Petter Oksnes kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Raagrend FK's goalkeeper Pål Idsø had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Espen Østerbø. When Kyrre Hatland fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Konnerudkollen's protests and gave Kyrre Hatland a yellow card for diving instead. Josef Landsem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Konnerudkollen's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
