With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vidar Eek in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martin Kjelstad saved Club Real Cochabamba from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Club Real Cochabamba's Roald Førre got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 17th minute, Vidar Eek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martin Kjelstad was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Martin Kjelstad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilhelm Nilsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 26 minutes of play, Værøy IL's Ask Nesbø made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Kjelstad was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Vidar Eek in the 34th minute of play forced Club Real Cochabamba's goalkeeper Martin Kjelstad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Kjelstad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vidar Eek in the 35th minute of the match. Club Real Cochabamba's Martin Kjelstad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kenneth Nærland in the 45th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Ask Nesbø managed to get in a good position for a shot. Værøy IL's supporters rose to their feet, but Ask Nesbø was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Kjelstad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ask Nesbø to make the kick off. Niki Surbakti took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sture Mikaelsen. Værøy IL's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Sture Mikaelsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morten Tømmervik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ask Nesbø got free with Martin Kjelstad in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 84 minutes into the game, Theodor Langaas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Martin Kjelstad. Theodor Langaas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Martin Kjelstad made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Vidar Eek sent off a good shot on target. Audun Kongshaug kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Martin Kjelstad was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ask Nesbø showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 97 minute of play.
