Spectators: 8582 (Terracing: 6437, Seating: 1974, VIP seats: 171) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Christian Molnes started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Frengen's zone, Sandrinho Gaspar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Øivind Storebø came out of the goal and Sandrinho Gaspar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frengen's Øivind Storebø proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Frengen from getting a goal against them. Silviu Dobrinescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Morten Gunnes in the 7th minute of the match. Marius Myre took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Øivind Storebø. Øivind Storebø dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 11th minute, Sandrinho Gaspar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Idun IL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Kim Kildahl struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Øivind Storebø didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Idun IL. Stig-Inge Eide kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, one of Frengen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Rolf Berg walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 23rd minute, Stig-Inge Eide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Øivind Storebø showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Berg in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute Marius Myre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Øivind Storebø saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Øivind Storebø was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marius Myre showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 30 minute of play. In the 34th play minute Maksim Barbolin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Øivind Storebø. 4-0. Frengen's Øivind Storebø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandrinho Gaspar in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Idun IL's Maksim Barbolin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Øivind Storebø. Øivind Storebø yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. With a little luck, Frengen's Øivind Storebø got control of the ball when Marius Myre tried to sneak it across the goal line. Øivind Storebø showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandrinho Gaspar in the 44th minute of the match. Øivind Storebø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Myre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marius Myre stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Marius Myre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Øivind Storebø didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Idun IL's Rolf Berg shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 6-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Idun IL's Maksim Barbolin got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58th minute Sandrinho Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Øivind Storebø saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Molnes's late challenge caught a Idun IL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Molnes helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Frengen getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Christian Molnes hit a great ball. Øivind Storebø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maksim Barbolin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th match minute, Frengen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torgeir Vangsnes to maneuver through the defense. Christian Molnes hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Marius Myre scored 7-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Øivind Storebø, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marius Myre in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Øivind Storebø prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maksim Barbolin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 80 minutes into the game, Sandrinho Gaspar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Øivind Storebø was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maksim Barbolin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 85 minutes into the match, Frengen's goal looked a bit too open when Maksim Barbolin came free, but Øivind Storebø reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maksim Barbolin in the 86th minute of play forced Frengen's goalkeeper Øivind Storebø to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marius Myre in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Øivind Storebø saved Frengen from getting behind. When Marius Myre came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Idun IL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marius Myre couldn't finish the play. Øivind Storebø made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maksim Barbolin in the 95th minute of play. Torgeir Vangsnes kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Idun IL players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
