Åsmund Evertsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Idun IL's Jørgen Lind got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Åsmund Evertsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maksim Barbolin in the 15th minute of play. Sandrinho Gaspar scored 0-3 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Åsmund Evertsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 19 minutes into the match, Marius Myre had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Åsmund Evertsen. The FatBatmans's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marius Myre was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After 23 played minutes The FatBatmans got a freekick which was hit by Erik Voll. In the 25th match minute, The FatBatmans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Tronrud to maneuver through the defense. Åsmund Evertsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandrinho Gaspar in the 29th minute of play. Åsmund Evertsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maksim Barbolin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandrinho Gaspar in the 34th minute of play forced The FatBatmans's goalkeeper Åsmund Evertsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Sandrinho Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åsmund Evertsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erik Voll hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. The supporters of The FatBatmans booed when Idun IL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maksim Barbolin didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandrinho Gaspar in the 41st minute of play forced The FatBatmans's goalkeeper Åsmund Evertsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute Maksim Barbolin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åsmund Evertsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The The FatBatmans players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Idun IL were winning 0-4.

Sandrinho Gaspar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, The FatBatmans's Åsmund Evertsen got control of the ball when Marius Myre tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, The FatBatmans's Otto Stavrum got a free kick in the 54th minute. Christer Tveten made in the 56th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Idun IL's Jørgen Lind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marius Myre in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Åsmund Evertsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Åsmund Evertsen made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Marius Myre sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Myre in the 66th minute of play forced The FatBatmans's goalkeeper Åsmund Evertsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Åsmund Evertsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maksim Barbolin in the 68th minute of play. Sondre Lindal kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Idun IL's supporters rose to their feet, but Marius Myre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Åsmund Evertsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kåre Vong hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Sandrinho Gaspar did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-6 to the left of a surprised Åsmund Evertsen 88 minutes into the match. Åsmund Evertsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marius Myre in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Sandrinho Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åsmund Evertsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kent-Are Skogstad hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the match was over Idun IL could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than The FatBatmans throughout the match.
