The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bruvoll Grønn FK's Brede Ørmen got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 4th play minutes Johan Torbjørnsen shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Zbyszko Oborski and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of TsF Rognan booed when Bruvoll Grønn FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans-Kristian Caspersen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trygve Sjøgren took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zbyszko Oborski. Zbyszko Oborski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. TsF Rognan's Zbyszko Oborski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans-Kristian Caspersen in the 16th minute of play. Brede Ørmen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Zbyszko Oborski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zbyszko Oborski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johan Torbjørnsen in the 18th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, TsF Rognan's Bent Skagen got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute Simon Bach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tore Vonheim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Hans-Martin Bjørnerud got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, TsF Rognan's goal looked a bit too open when Brede Ørmen came free, but Zbyszko Oborski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Bruvoll Grønn FK's Brede Ørmen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zbyszko Oborski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Johan Torbjørnsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zbyszko Oborski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Torbjørnsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Bruvoll Grønn FK fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Bruvoll Grønn FK's Johan Torbjørnsen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Zbyszko Oborski came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Bruvoll Grønn FK's Johan Torbjørnsen. But to his dismay, Johan Torbjørnsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans-Martin Bjørnerud in the 41st minute of play forced TsF Rognan's goalkeeper Zbyszko Oborski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, TsF Rognan's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Torbjørnsen came free, but Zbyszko Oborski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Bruvoll Grønn FK fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Bruvoll Grønn FK's Johan Torbjørnsen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

Johan Torbjørnsen in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zbyszko Oborski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hans-Kristian Caspersen charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hans-Kristian Caspersen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Johan Torbjørnsen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Zbyszko Oborski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Johan Torbjørnsen let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 61st minute shot 0-8 at rihgt post. After 65th play minutes Johan Torbjørnsen shot 0-9, a short shot which went by Zbyszko Oborski and just under the crossbar into goal. Reidar Grønlund hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Bruvoll Grønn FK's Johan Torbjørnsen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zbyszko Oborski. That made the score 0-11 after 74 minutes of play. 78 minutes into the game, Brede Ørmen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zbyszko Oborski. Brede Ørmen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trygve Sjøgren in the 81st minute of play forced TsF Rognan's goalkeeper Zbyszko Oborski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Johan Torbjørnsen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zbyszko Oborski. That made the score 0-13 in the 82 minute of play. Trygve Sjøgren struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Zbyszko Oborski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bruvoll Grønn FK. Zbyszko Oborski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Torbjørnsen in the 86th minute of play. After 95 played minutes TsF Rognan got a freekick which was hit by Eilif Fjeldberg. In the 96th minute, Reidar Grønlund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruvoll Grønn FK played a much better game than TsF Rognan and deserved their victory. The TsF Rognan players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
