Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5475, Seating: 1875, VIP seats: 150) OROMIA's Inge Heggedal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Runar Økland in the 7th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, OROMIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommy Myran to maneuver through the defense. Storm Solvang hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Runar Økland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Runar Økland might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inge Heggedal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Runar Økland ran back to his position shaking his head. When Ludvik Seim fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bergdal's protests and gave Ludvik Seim a yellow card for diving instead. After 32 played minutes Bergdal got a freekick which was hit by Ludvik Seim. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Theodor Hjelmeland managed to get in a good position for a shot. OROMIA's supporters rose to their feet, but Theodor Hjelmeland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruben Lima breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the match, Bergdal's goal looked a bit too open when Georg Aarrestad came free, but Ruben Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Asgeir Molvik in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by OROMIA's Tage Borlaug. In the 47th minute Kenneth Abelsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kenneth Abelsen to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Runar Økland in the 52nd minute of play forced OROMIA's goalkeeper Inge Heggedal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute of the match Bergdal got a corner. OROMIA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eivind Hay ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bergdal's Eivind Hay was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Inge Heggedal in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Inge Heggedal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludvik Seim in the 57th minute of the match. Runar Økland kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bergdal's Runar Økland got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Runar Økland kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Kenneth Abelsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ruben Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laurits Kronstad kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Runar Økland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inge Heggedal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inge Heggedal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Runar Økland in the 79th minute of play. Runar Økland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the game, Bergdal's Runar Økland nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inge Heggedal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Ruben Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cai Eidem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Bergdal players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
