Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sturle Foss took the kick off in the first half of the match. Steinar Nyhus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Lunder in the 2nd minute of play. Steinar Nyhus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sturle Foss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Steinar Nyhus managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Overbygden FF's Emil Lunder fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 13 played minutes Overbygden FF got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Tveiten. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sturle Foss got free with Steinar Nyhus in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ove Gjøen hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Steinar Nyhus made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Sturle Foss sent off a good shot on target. 31 minutes into the match, SUDEL's goalkeeper Steinar Nyhus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thorbjørn Valstad. Emil Lunder received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Steinar Nyhus came out and tried to block the shot, but Emil Lunder slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 34th minute. Emil Lunder scored 3-0 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Steinar Nyhus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mons Mahmood to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 64th minute Emil Lunder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steinar Nyhus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Steinar Nyhus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Lunder in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, SUDEL's goal looked a bit too open when Thorbjørn Valstad came free, but Steinar Nyhus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thorbjørn Valstad in the 70th minute of play forced SUDEL's goalkeeper Steinar Nyhus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Steinar Nyhus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sturle Foss in the 72nd minute of play. After 74 played minutes Overbygden FF got a freekick which was hit by Torstein Brynildsen. When Overbygden FF's Emil Lunder in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SUDEL's goalie prevented a goal. Emil Lunder took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steinar Nyhus. Steinar Nyhus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When Overbygden FF's Thorbjørn Valstad, in the 84th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Overbygden FF. Emil Lunder struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Steinar Nyhus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Overbygden FF. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Emil Lunder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Overbygden FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Emil Lunder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Steinar Nyhus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 90 minutes, Joakim Ryeng mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Overbygden FF and the SUDEL players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joakim Ryeng kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Lunder in the 92nd minute of play forced SUDEL's goalkeeper Steinar Nyhus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sturle Foss kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Overbygden FF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
