Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabiano Ornelas in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roy Jama prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Midtun Fc's goalkeeper Roy Jama, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fabiano Ornelas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Fabiano Ornelas made a precise shot to the right of Roy Jama. Midtun Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Roy Jama took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ion Nediu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Rakkestad IF were awarded a corner. Ignacio Dantae went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Ignacio Dantae almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Midtun Fc's Roy Jama did a great save. In the 31st minute, Simen Larsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Midtun Fc's goalkeeper Roy Jama, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 36th minute of the match Rakkestad IF got a corner. Midtun Fc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ignacio Dantae ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Ignacio Dantae got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roy Jama quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Fabiano Ornelas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 39th minute Fabiano Ornelas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roy Jama saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabiano Ornelas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Roy Jama tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the game, Christer Heiberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fabiano Ornelas scored 0-3 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roy Jama, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabiano Ornelas was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Fabiano Ornelas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rakkestad IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabiano Ornelas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabiano Ornelas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Roy Jama when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 64 minutes into the match, Midtun Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Ornelas came free, but Roy Jama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 65 played minutes Midtun Fc got a freekick which was hit by Trond Egeland. Fabiano Ornelas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Rakkestad IF's Roy Jama threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Andrzej Dobrowski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Andrzej Dobrowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Roy Jama came out and tried to block the shot, but Andrzej Dobrowski slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 78th minute. Midtun Fc's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Robert Pirès scored to the left of an out of position Roy Jama, making the score, 0-7. Rakkestad IF made a substitution. Johan Ødegården replaced Andrzej Dobrowski. 87 minutes into the game, Joachim Hylland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Roy Jama was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 90 minutes of play, Rakkestad IF's Joachim Hylland made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roy Jama was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joachim Hylland's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Roy Jama firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 97 minutes of play, Rakkestad IF's Robert Pirès made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roy Jama was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rakkestad IF played a much better game than Midtun Fc and deserved their victory. The Midtun Fc players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
