Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tord Strandberg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Per-Kristian Granlund was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eskil Oen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. If Runar Hjortland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Runar Hjortland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jon Nerland in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Per-Kristian Granlund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Per-Kristian Granlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Runar Hjortland's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Böremark BF's zone, Tord Strandberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikkel Natvig came out of the goal and Tord Strandberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The tension between the Böremark BF and the Curtis United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Runar Hjortland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Böremark BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Runar Hjortland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Per-Kristian Granlund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cent Sæle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Kristian Granlund having to interfere. When Morten Sannerud fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Curtis United's protests and gave Morten Sannerud a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Böremark BF booed when Curtis United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morten Sannerud didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Runar Hjortland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Per-Kristian Granlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Runar Hjortland in the 53rd minute of the match.
