In the 4th minute, Arty Benson made a precise shot to the right of 余鹰骏. Viking Star Fighters's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Filip Meling in the 12th minute of play forced Kåsmolia's goalkeeper Lars Nekstad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Runar Huus kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Andrzej Hyska hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 余鹰骏 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arty Benson in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Viking Star Fighters's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kenneth Sommerseth was slow to take the kick. During this time Kåsmolia's players had a chance to rest. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remigio Orlanda during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Kåsmolia's zone, Tore Halse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lars Nekstad came out of the goal and Tore Halse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Per-Filip Meling could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Lars Nekstad made a huge save. Sebastian Vika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Nekstad having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Andrzej Hyska made the kick off in the second half. In the 66th minute, Kåre Breistein fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of 余鹰骏, passed just outside the right post. In the 73rd minute of the match, Rune Muggerud tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 余鹰骏 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 80 minutes into the game, Viking Star Fighters's Per-Filip Meling nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lars Nekstad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When Øyvind Sletten came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Kåsmolia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Øyvind Sletten couldn't finish the play. Andrzej Hyska kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Arty Benson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. 余鹰骏 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Halvdan Ramsland hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The Kåsmolia supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kåsmolia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
