Spectators: 8457 (Terracing: 6344, Seating: 1944, VIP seats: 169) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kåre Breistein took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Kåsmolia booed when Falkensten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunnar Magnus didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Falkensten's Kenneth Rønne got a free kick in the 8th minute. After 11 played minutes Kåsmolia got a freekick which was hit by Kåre Breistein. With a little luck, Falkensten's Kristian Kvandal got control of the ball when Kåre Breistein tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kåre Breistein could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Kristian Kvandal made a huge save. With a little luck, Falkensten's Kristian Kvandal got control of the ball when Tore Irgens tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 31st minute, Rune Muggerud left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kåsmolia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 36th minute Kåre Breistein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Kvandal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristian Kvandal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kåre Breistein in the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kåre Breistein in the 38th minute of play forced Falkensten's goalkeeper Kristian Kvandal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Kåre Breistein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Kvandal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Morten Eidsvåg made the kick off in the second half. Marius Roslands short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Lars Nekstad to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jack Rolstad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Nekstad having to interfere. Kristian Kvandal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Andersen in the 55th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rune Muggerud in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristian Kvandal saved Falkensten from getting behind. Kristian Kvandal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kåre Breistein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Falkensten's Fredrik Buvarp got a free kick in the 67th minute. Kristian Kvandal didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Kåsmolia's Kåre Breistein shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Falkensten's Kristian Kvandal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kåre Breistein in the 71st minute of play. In the 79th minute, Kåre Breistein left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kåsmolia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Marius Rosland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albert Omholt during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th minute, Albert Omholt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Marius Rosland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kåsmolia had played much better football throughout.
