Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Garvik in the 5th minute of play forced Gjæsvær BK's goalkeeper Albert Øverbø to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albert Øverbø made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Garvik in the 16th minute of play. Reidar Toresen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harald Friestad having to interfere. If Alexander Schrøder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gjæsvær BK's Reidar Toresen got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexander Schrøder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Harald Friestad made a huge save. 28 minutes into the game, Jonas Serigstad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gjæsvær BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aakeröen IF the free kick. Jonas Serigstad kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. When Alexander Schrøder came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Gjæsvær BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexander Schrøder couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute, Ole Meling sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Aakeröen IF's Harald Friestad didn't even have to move. In the 34th minute Eric Garvik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Øverbø saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reidar Toresen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Harald Friestad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reidar Toresen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albert Øverbø made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Garvik in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

54 minutes into the game, Alexander Schrøder cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Harald Friestad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th minute, Fridtjof Nilssen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexander Schrøder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gjæsvær BK's Jonas Serigstad suffered a sore thigh after 60 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Tor-Henrik Wisløff charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tor-Henrik Wisløff the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 61 played minutes Aakeröen IF got a freekick which was hit by Tor-Henrik Wisløff. Alexander Schrøder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Aakeröen IF getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Eric Garvik hit a great ball. Gjæsvær BK's Albert Øverbø proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Gjæsvær BK from getting a goal against them. With his leg Albert Øverbø managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Aakeröen IF's Kåre Engen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Harald Friestad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Schrøder, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Geir Alnes struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Harald Friestad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gjæsvær BK. Kåre Engen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Albert Øverbø tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Reidar Toresen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexander Schrøder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexander Schrøder struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Harald Friestad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gjæsvær BK. 88 minutes into the match, Aakeröen IF's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Schrøder came free, but Harald Friestad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexander Schrøder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stein Skadberg's late challenge caught a Gjæsvær BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stein Skadberg helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gjæsvær BK booed when Aakeröen IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stein Skadberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gjæsvær BK fully deserved thier win.
