Spectators: 7050 (Terracing: 5375, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Leonel Messi took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Oliver Nerland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. John-Edvin Tangerud made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonel Messi in the 6th minute. Espen Granerud made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmy Schrøder in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Sardnes's Leonel Messi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. John-Edvin Tangerud made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A collision led to Sardnes getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Nicholas Broch hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Leonel Messi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17th minute Jørgen Haddeland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John-Edvin Tangerud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sardnes's Nicholas Broch got a free kick in the 18th minute. After some careless play in the Sardnes defense, Jimmy Schrøder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Espen Granerud. The Sardnes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Espen Granerud should have stopped the shot. In the 24th minute of the match Åsmund Vestnes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Espen Granerud showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Shankley-boys's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Stubberud came free, but John-Edvin Tangerud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Espen Granerud came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Shankley-boys's Jimmy Schrøder. But to his dismay, Jimmy Schrøder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 30 minutes into the game, Ivar Øvrebø was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shankley-boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sardnes the free kick. In the 32nd minute, Theodor Kjærvik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the match, Leonel Messi notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Shankley-boys's John-Edvin Tangerud. John-Edvin Tangerud was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leonel Messi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, John-Edvin Tangerud skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Sardnes's kaya Dilşah slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of John-Edvin Tangerud. That made the score 3-2 after 41 minutes of play. 45 minutes into the game, Leonel Messi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of John-Edvin Tangerud. Leonel Messi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-2 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jimmy Schrøder to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Anders Dahlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Shankley-boys's Anders Dahlberg got a free kick in the 55th minute. Sardnes's Oliver Nerland got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Sardnes's Leonel Messi in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Shankley-boys's goalie prevented a goal. 59 minutes into the match, Sardnes's goalkeeper Espen Granerud had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anders Dahlberg. Ivar Øvrebø was shown his second yellow card after 64 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Sardnes booed when Shankley-boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivar Øvrebø didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Stubberud in the 68th minute of play forced Shankley-boys's goalkeeper John-Edvin Tangerud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John-Edvin Tangerud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amund Nikolaisen in the 73rd minute of the match. John-Edvin Tangerud came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Sardnes's Ingvar Stubberud. But to his dismay, Ingvar Stubberud quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. John-Edvin Tangerud stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonel Messi's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Ingvar Stubberud got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 82nd play minutes Leonel Messi shot 6-2, a short shot which went by John-Edvin Tangerud and just under the crossbar into goal. John-Edvin Tangerud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amund Nikolaisen, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Jimmy Schrøder kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Theodor Kjærvik during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Shankley-boys's Theodor Kjærvik got a free kick in the 90th minute. John-Edvin Tangerud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Stubberud in the 93rd minute of the match. Leonel Messi scored 7-2 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of John-Edvin Tangerud, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sardnes walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
