Spectators: 6600 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Erling Viken started the match with the kick off. Sven-Erik Molin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erling Viken in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Polarcirkel Wolverines's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Kvello came free, but Reidar Levang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bjørn Kildahl's late challenge caught a Valebjørg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bjørn Kildahl helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Polarcirkel Wolverines's Bjørn Kildahl got a free kick in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Kim-André Olsen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Polarcirkel Wolverines's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valebjørg the free kick. With a little luck, Valebjørg's Sven-Erik Molin got control of the ball when Erling Viken tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bjørn Kildahl was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 21 minutes into the match. The supporters of Valebjørg booed when Polarcirkel Wolverines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bjørn Kildahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Harstad in the 23rd minute of play forced Polarcirkel Wolverines's goalkeeper Reidar Levang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th play minute Sebastian Tonning came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sven-Erik Molin. 1-0. Ola Røine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Sven-Erik Molin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruben Kvello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Sebastian Tonning, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 41 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Sven-Erik Molin was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ola Røine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Erik Molin having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antonio Pacheco was the one to do the kick off. Reidar Levang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Kvello in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Pacheco in the 54th minute of play forced Polarcirkel Wolverines's goalkeeper Reidar Levang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Pacheco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Reidar Levang skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 60th minute, Ola Røine got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valebjørg's Sven-Erik Molin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ola Røine in the 66th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ola Røine during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 69th minute, Ola Røine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Erik Molin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Tonning, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Antonio Pacheco put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Reidar Levang. Ruben Kvello blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reidar Levang having to make a save. If Ruben Kvello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Valebjørg getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Christoffer Justad hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Ruben Kvello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sven-Erik Molin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Tonning, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. If Ola Røine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ola Røine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Erik Molin having to interfere. Although Polarcirkel Wolverines had been in control for most of the match, Valebjørg still came away with the win.
