If Dante Iratze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simen Larsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosimo Grilli, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stormblåst's goalkeeper Simen Larsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Vestfjorden FK's goalkeeper Gil Ceni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kenneth Oftedal. After a rather tough play, Stormblåst's Salam Sow got a free kick in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Cosimo Grilli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Simen Larsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 41 minutes into the match, Cosimo Grilli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Simen Larsson. Stormblåst's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cosimo Grilli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Cosimo Grilli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Simen Larsson having to make a save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ousmane Diallo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Ivan Klingáčik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simen Larsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cosimo Grilli in the 70th minute. In the 72nd minute of the match, Cosimo Grilli got a very nice opportunity to score, but Simen Larsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 77th minute, Cosimo Grilli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. In the 95th minute of the match Vestfjorden FK got a corner. Stormblåst's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jørund Sætra ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jørund Sætra made a great header on Vestfjorden FK's corner, it was just that Stormblåst's Simen Larsson managed to reach the ball for a save. Vestfjorden FK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
