Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Diavoli Rossoneri's Henrik Gundersen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th match minute, Diavoli Rossoneri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Helge Løge to maneuver through the defense. In the 12thth minute of the game Runar Birkeland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diavoli Rossoneri's Herman Refseth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Diavoli Rossoneri's Herman Refseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Runar Birkeland in the 16th minute of play. Herman Refseth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Storm Lindvik in the 23rd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Vinge's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Gundersen came free, but Mons Bugge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jon Helberg kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Jon Helberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Herman Refseth. Diavoli Rossoneri's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jo Hellstrøm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Herman Refseth having to make a save. Runar Birkeland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Herman Refseth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Runar Birkeland struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Herman Refseth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vinge. Herman Refseth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jo Hellstrøm in the 37th minute of the match. Runar Birkeland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herman Refseth having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Storm Lindvik in the 44th minute of play forced Diavoli Rossoneri's goalkeeper Herman Refseth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henrik Gundersen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mons Bugge having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Runar Birkeland to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lennart Bergene during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lennart Bergene kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Henrik Gundersen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute of the game, Storm Lindvik landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Lennart Bergene was shown his second yellow card after 56 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Lennart Bergene hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Herman Refseth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Runar Birkeland in the 59th minute of the match. The supporters of Vinge booed when Diavoli Rossoneri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egil Hussain didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jo Hellstrøm got free with Herman Refseth in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Åge Gjesdal kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Herman Refseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Runar Birkeland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herman Refseth came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Vinge's Jo Hellstrøm. But to his dismay, Jo Hellstrøm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When the match was over Vinge could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Diavoli Rossoneri throughout the match.
