Mathias Thorsrud was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johannes Bryn in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mathias Thorsrud saved mixednutz XI from getting behind. Eilert Totland took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mathias Thorsrud. Mathias Thorsrud dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 19th match minute, Rock Hard FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marius Sollie to maneuver through the defense. Eilert Totland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Mathias Thorsrud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, mixednutz XI's goal looked a bit too open when Eilert Totland came free, but Mathias Thorsrud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eilert Totland in the 28th minute of play forced mixednutz XI's goalkeeper Mathias Thorsrud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mathias Thorsrud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigve Ramberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigve Ramberg in the 30th minute of play forced mixednutz XI's goalkeeper Mathias Thorsrud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Sigve Ramberg notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of mixednutz XI's Mathias Thorsrud. In the 46th minute there was a penalty for mixednutz XI. Torgeir Lundhaug stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kenneth Drange. 1-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Johannes Bryn was the one to do the kick off. Rock Hard FC's Åsmund Sørby managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eric Hagland in the 58 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, mixednutz XI's Eric Hagland got a free kick in the 64th minute. Mathias Thorsrud came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Rock Hard FC's Eilert Totland. But to his dismay, Eilert Totland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. After a defensive mix-up in Rock Hard FC's zone, Hans-Petter Phan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kenneth Drange came out of the goal and Hans-Petter Phan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 75 minutes into the game, Frode Koch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. mixednutz XI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rock Hard FC the free kick. Mikael Lundblad kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. mixednutz XI's Mathias Thorsrud proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save mixednutz XI from getting a goal against them. 80 minutes into the match, Eilert Totland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mathias Thorsrud. mixednutz XI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eilert Totland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. In the 89th minute there was a penalty for mixednutz XI. Torgeir Lundhaug stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kenneth Drange. 2-8. Rock Hard FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
