The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomáš Kolek got free with Bjørnar Kaasa in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th minute of the match FC Pladask got a corner. Guttane's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kjetil-André Grønseth ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led FC Pladask's Kjetil-André Grønseth to fire away a dangerous shot which Bjørnar Kaasa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Guttane's Bjørnar Kaasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Guttane from getting a goal against them. Bjørnar Kaasa didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Pladask's James Feldthaus shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 11th minute James Feldthaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bjørnar Kaasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomáš Kolek received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Tomáš Kolek managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Pladask's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomáš Kolek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bjørnar Kaasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomáš Kolek in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bjørnar Kaasa saved Guttane from getting behind. Bjørnar Kaasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from James Feldthaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Odd Sørdal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Daniel Grønningsæter. That made the score 6-1 in the 77 minute of play. Bjørnar Kaasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Guttane's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner.
