Tarjei Åkre kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. A collision led to Mambu Mumba FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Kjell Bore hit a great ball. In the 11th minute of the match Kristian Laugen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Preben Ensrud skillfully saved the ball. 15 minutes into the match, RotløsFotball IL's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Westerlund came free, but Maximo Godoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by RotløsFotball IL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jim Westerlund was slow to take the kick. During this time Mambu Mumba FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Mambu Mumba FC's corner Marius Ekeberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maximo Godoy quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, RotløsFotball IL's Alexander Kapstad got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute Runar Helliesen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Preben Ensrud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mambu Mumba FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jim Westerlund in the 29th minute. Preben Simonsen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Preben Ensrud made a huge save. Preben Ensrud made an important save on a dangerous shot by Preben Simonsen in the 32nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Mambu Mumba FC's zone, Runar Helliesen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Preben Ensrud came out of the goal and Runar Helliesen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 36 played minutes RotløsFotball IL got a freekick which was hit by Preben Simonsen. RotløsFotball IL's Maximo Godoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Ekeberg in the 37th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Marius Ekeberg made a precise shot to the right of Maximo Godoy. RotløsFotball IL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jim Westerlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Preben Ensrud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Preben Simonsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Mambu Mumba FC's Preben Ensrud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Runar Helliesen in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Jim Westerlund made the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mambu Mumba FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! Preben Ensrud had in the 54thth minute some difficulties stopping Preben Simonsen's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 57th minute Preben Simonsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Preben Ensrud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jim Westerlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th match minute, RotløsFotball IL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Preben Simonsen to maneuver through the defense. Jim Westerlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tarjei Åkre in the 75th minute of play forced Mambu Mumba FC's goalkeeper Preben Ensrud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Preben Simonsen in the 82nd minute of play forced Mambu Mumba FC's goalkeeper Preben Ensrud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th match minute, Mambu Mumba FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjell Bore to maneuver through the defense. After 97 minutes of play, Mambu Mumba FC's Barr Oca made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximo Godoy was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Mambu Mumba FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
