Spectators: 7244 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pascoal Vilaverde kicked off to start the match. Pascoal Vilaverde charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pascoal Vilaverde the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Arsenal FC booed when Tivoli HC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascoal Vilaverde didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filip Vennegoor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kelvin Hardering in the 12th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes Arsenal FC got a freekick which was hit by Teo Spanjaard. Jeffrey Paauwe kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Pascoal Vilaverde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filip Vennegoor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kelvin Hardering in the 24th minute of play. Filip Vennegoor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascoal Vilaverde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Herman Reis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nathan van der Sar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Kelvin Hardering scored 1-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filip Vennegoor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arsenal FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Pascoal Vilaverde scored to the left of an out of position Filip Vennegoor, making the score, 2-1. Filip Vennegoor stood somewhat misplaced when Pascoal Vilaverde came free in front of goal and shot 3-1 to the left of him in the 39 minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tonnie Wisgerhof to strike the kick off in the second half. Pieter-Jan de Hoop kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Teo Spanjaard hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the match, Arsenal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kelvin Hardering came free, but Filip Vennegoor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tivoli HC's Pascoal Vilaverde in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 63 minutes of play, Tivoli HC's Pascoal Vilaverde made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filip Vennegoor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nathan van der Sar made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Tonnie Wisgerhof sent off a good shot on target. Kelvin Hardering sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Sjors Plescher came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Arsenal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sjors Plescher couldn't finish the play. Filip Vennegoor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kelvin Hardering in the 81st minute of the match. Sjors Plescher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
