Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Carel Oevermans was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Doezum HC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bijsterveld S.C. the free kick. A collision led to Doezum HC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Carel Oevermans hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Aalberts in the 8th minute of play forced Doezum HC's goalkeeper Geert Degeling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bijsterveld S.C.'s zone, Iwan Kruijs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matthijs Kuiper came out of the goal and Iwan Kruijs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Steven Melker's late challenge caught a Doezum HC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Steven Melker helped the player get up and apologised. Steven Melker hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Bijsterveld S.C.'s Matthijs Kuiper got control of the ball when Iwan Kruijs tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Bijsterveld S.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Doezum HC:s goal. After some careless play in the Doezum HC defense, Maurice Bosman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geert Degeling. The Doezum HC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geert Degeling should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Jasper Rolink was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Doezum HC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bijsterveld S.C. the free kick. Jasper Rolink hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Jan Aalberts took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geert Degeling. Geert Degeling dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 37 minutes into the match, Bijsterveld S.C.'s goalkeeper Matthijs Kuiper had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iwan Kruijs. The Doezum HC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bijsterveld S.C. were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jens Blank to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Jens Blank left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Doezum HC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Geert Degeling made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Antoon Oosterman sent off a good shot on target. Matthijs Kuiper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwan Kruijs in the 60th minute of the match. Matthijs Kuiper didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jens Blank went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Matthijs Kuiper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens Blank in the 66th minute of the match. Steven Melker kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Doezum HC's Wilco Planting broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Iwan Kruijs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Matthijs Kuiper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens Blank fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthijs Kuiper having to interfere. Matthijs Kuiper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carel Oevermans in the 79th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Jens Blank had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matthijs Kuiper. Bijsterveld S.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jens Blank was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Jens Blank sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Doezum HC's goalkeeper Geert Degeling, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jens Blank fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthijs Kuiper having to interfere. Jens Blank took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matthijs Kuiper. Matthijs Kuiper dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2.
