Spectators: 6690 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stefano Roetering started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Blaauwgeers in the 2nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karsten van der Sar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 6 minutes into the match, Olbergen RKSV's goalkeeper Karsten van der Sar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fokke Kort. The supporters of Olbergen RKSV booed when Nederwoud was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Tevreden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karsten van der Sar came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Nederwoud's Fokke Kort. But to his dismay, Fokke Kort quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Olbergen RKSV's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Fokke Kort scored to the left of an out of position Karsten van der Sar, making the score, 2-0. Karsten van der Sar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Blaauwgeers in the 31st minute of the match. Karsten van der Sar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Blaauwgeers, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. If Fokke Kort had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Blaauwgeers in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karsten van der Sar saved Olbergen RKSV from getting behind. When Fokke Kort came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Nederwoud fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fokke Kort couldn't finish the play. Stefano Roetering kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Nederwoud's Lex Heinen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Karsten van der Sar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, Olbergen RKSV's Karsten van der Sar got control of the ball when Fokke Kort tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

53 minutes into the match, Nederwoud's goalkeeper Han Oosterman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stefano Roetering. 54 minutes into the match, Frank Blaauwgeers notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Olbergen RKSV's Karsten van der Sar. Karsten van der Sar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Nederwoud booed when Olbergen RKSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jack Ottenhof didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fokke Kort struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Karsten van der Sar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nederwoud. A beautiful save bye Olbergen RKSV's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stefano Roetering during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Stefano Roetering hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karsten van der Sar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Blaauwgeers, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Frank Blaauwgeers struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Karsten van der Sar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nederwoud. Frank Blaauwgeers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Olbergen RKSV's zone, Fokke Kort stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karsten van der Sar came out of the goal and Fokke Kort tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fokke Kort received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Karsten van der Sar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Olbergen RKSV's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Blaauwgeers came free, but Karsten van der Sar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olbergen RKSV's Karsten van der Sar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Blaauwgeers in the 83rd minute of play. In the 88th minute Frank Blaauwgeers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karsten van der Sar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 minutes, Marcus Prins mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nederwoud and the Olbergen RKSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marcus Prins hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Karsten van der Sar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fokke Kort in the 97th minute of play.
