Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) Fokke Iepstra started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jordi Schenning showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henk-Jan Olfers in the 3rd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Jim Popken notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ens's Gert Geitz. Gert Geitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Jim Popken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Ens's zone, Fokke Iepstra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gert Geitz came out of the goal and Fokke Iepstra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, Ted Evenhuis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jordi Schenning, 1-1. Fokke Iepstra might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gert Geitz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fokke Iepstra ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ted Evenhuis during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ens's Ted Evenhuis got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st match minute, Ens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ted Evenhuis to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Henk-Jan Olfers reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jordi Schenning. The goal made the score 2-1. Ted Evenhuis kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Jordi Schenning was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Joris Cramer capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joris Cramer really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Jordi Schenning made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Timmie Bense sent off a good shot on target. Fokke Iepstra struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Gert Geitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bekelaar. Joris Cramer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jordi Schenning showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henk-Jan Olfers in the 42nd minute of the match. 4-1 became the score in the 43rd minute when Ted Evenhuis elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matthijs Cremers during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bekelaar fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 55th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Ens a penalty, 57 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marco Kemper, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bekelaar's Jordi Schenning. 5-1. In the 64th minute Marnix de Boer suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. When Timmie Bense fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ens's protests and gave Timmie Bense a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th minute, Timmie Bense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, Timmie Bense made a precise shot to the right of Jordi Schenning. Bekelaar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Joris Cramer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ens's supporters rose to their feet, but Joris Cramer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jordi Schenning breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Timmie Bense in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jordi Schenning saved Bekelaar from getting behind. After some careless play in the Ens defense, Harm Brunt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gert Geitz. The Ens fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gert Geitz should have stopped the shot. When Joris Cramer came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Ens fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joris Cramer couldn't finish the play. If Fokke Iepstra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Timmie Bense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
