Weerseloo's Ferry Steyns proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Weerseloo from getting a goal against them. A sloppy throw-in by Donny Korevaar in the 9th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Aias FC's Youri Fleur. In the 11th minute, Snorre Baard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aias FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. If Andre Kruis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Weerseloo getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Arjen Schol hit a great ball. Ferry Steyns made an important save on a dangerous shot by Youri Fleur in the 18th minute. Sebastiaan Germs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Kors in the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Snorre Baard made a precise shot to the right of Ferry Steyns. Weerseloo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Weerseloo's Ferry Steyns proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Weerseloo from getting a goal against them. Ferry Steyns took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Snorre Baard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferry Steyns made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Snorre Baard in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute of the match Aias FC got a corner. Weerseloo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stephan Scholten ran over to the corner to take the kick. Aias FC's Stephan Scholten was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ferry Steyns in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 40th minute, Snorre Baard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 41st minute, Ted Zoetebier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hendrik-Jan Kruis lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Hendrik-Jan Kruis kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Snorre Baard made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Snorre Baard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Ferry Steyns was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arjen Schol hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Stephan Scholten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aias FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Stephan Scholten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferry Steyns breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 61 minutes of play, Aias FC's Snorre Baard made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferry Steyns was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Aias FC's Marco Veninga got a free kick in the 64th minute. Sebastiaan Germs was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arjen Folkers. Ferry Steyns made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Snorre Baard in the 66th minute of play. With a little luck, Aias FC's Sebastiaan Germs got control of the ball when Thomas Mans tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aias FC's Theo Kielstra got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Snorre Baard in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferry Steyns saved Weerseloo from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Snorre Baard in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferry Steyns prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Weerseloo's Jan Kors got a free kick in the 80th minute. After having played for 82 minutes, Stephan Scholten managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aias FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stephan Scholten was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Aias FC fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Aias FC's Snorre Baard looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ferry Steyns showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Snorre Baard, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Snorre Baard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferry Steyns having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Weerseloo's goal looked a bit too open when Snorre Baard came free, but Ferry Steyns reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 96 minutes, Jan Kors mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Weerseloo and the Aias FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jan Kors kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Aias FC fully deserved thier win.
