Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Domenik Beukers took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Govert Hauvers got free with Jacob de Zaaijer in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 6th match minute, Overschie HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris van Gastel to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute Govert Hauvers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob de Zaaijer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Frank Meppelink had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domenik Beukers struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Jim Wagemakers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dunsborg SV. A collision led to Overschie HC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Emil Valentijn hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the game, Domenik Beukers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dunsborg SV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Overschie HC the free kick. In the 20th minute, Domenik Beukers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacob de Zaaijer came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Overschie HC's Geert Arend de Ridder. But to his dismay, Geert Arend de Ridder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Jacob de Zaaijer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Govert Hauvers, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Frank Meppelink sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 44 minutes into the match, Dunsborg SV's goal looked a bit too open when Govert Hauvers came free, but Jacob de Zaaijer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 51 minutes, Chris van Gastel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Overschie HC and the Dunsborg SV players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Overschie HC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Chris van Gastel hit a great ball. Jacob de Zaaijer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geert Arend de Ridder in the 54th minute of play. Jacob de Zaaijer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geert Arend de Ridder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacob de Zaaijer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Govert Hauvers in the 67th minute of the match. Rein Sandbergen kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. When Chris van Gastel was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. In the 78th match minute, Overschie HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris van Gastel to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, Govert Hauvers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacob de Zaaijer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Huib Stuijvenberg in the 87th minute of the match. Dunsborg SV's Domenik Beukers got his second yellow card of the match in the 89th minute. The referee ordered Domenik Beukers off the ground. In the 90th match minute, Dunsborg SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domenik Beukers to maneuver through the defense. Overschie HC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
