Arjan Kostermans hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Bill van Zijderveld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Palsma in the 65th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in nieuw ajax's zone, Ramon Busch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bill van Zijderveld came out of the goal and Ramon Busch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute Ramon Busch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bill van Zijderveld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. nieuw ajax's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Klaas Jan Klompe in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Busch in the 74th minute of play forced nieuw ajax's goalkeeper Bill van Zijderveld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramon Busch struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Bill van Zijderveld didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AMOR EROS. Dirk Visscher in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nathan Ottens, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, AMOR EROS's Antoon Bijlsma got a free kick in the 78th minute. Kurt Broers hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Johannes Palsma ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bill van Zijderveld was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. nieuw ajax had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
