Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute, Damien Koster made a precise shot to the right of Henny Jochemsen. Moezel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Elco Ridder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Driehuis's supporters rose to their feet, but Elco Ridder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henny Jochemsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 19 minutes into the match, Moezel's goal looked a bit too open when Elco Ridder came free, but Henny Jochemsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elco Ridder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damien Koster received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Henny Jochemsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elco Ridder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henny Jochemsen having to make a save. Elco Ridders short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Henny Jochemsen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 31 minutes into the game, Giovanni Koning was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Driehuis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moezel the free kick. Giovanni Koning hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 34th match minute, Driehuis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denny Korsma to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Moezel booed when Driehuis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovanni Koning didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hans Brunt took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Henry Reinhard. Driehuis's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Serge Velthuis scored 2-1 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henry Reinhard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46th match minute, Driehuis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovanni Koning to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serge Velthuis was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Driehuis's goal looked a bit too open when Serge Velthuis came free, but Henry Reinhard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hans Brunt kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute of the match Stefano Ritsma sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Henny Jochemsen skillfully saved the ball. Serge Velthuis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Reinhard having to interfere. After 71 played minutes Moezel got a freekick which was hit by Fred Traa. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serge Velthuis in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henry Reinhard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 90th minute, Serge Velthuis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henry Reinhard made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Emiel van Dinteren sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Driehuis getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Henny Joppets hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Driehuis's Elco Ridder got a free kick in the 96th minute. Driehuis were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Moezel for a fine match.
