Spectators: 7345 (Terracing: 5579, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 56) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Chris Coopman took the kick off in the first half of the match. Adriaan Moorman kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Johan Lilja managed to get in a good position for a shot. Schadewijk's supporters rose to their feet, but Johan Lilja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aad Staarman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aad Staarman didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 4th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ed Mensing in the 15th minute of play forced Schadewijk's goalkeeper Marian Wos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Fc RamVeld's Aad Staarman got control of the ball when Maikel Lensen tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Johan Lilja's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aad Staarman was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Aad Staarman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Lilja in the 28th minute of play. Schadewijk's Marian Wos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Coopman in the 30th minute of play. After 33 minutes of play, Schadewijk's Maikel Lensen made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aad Staarman was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 36 played minutes Fc RamVeld got a freekick which was hit by Adriaan Moorman.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maikel Lensen to make the kick off. Aad Staarman came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Schadewijk's Johan Lilja. But to his dismay, Johan Lilja quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Marian Wos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Coenraad Korevaar, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Ed Mensing could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Marian Wos made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Job Bos during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Job Bos hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Adriaan Moorman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Marian Wos made a huge save. After 74 minutes of play Fc RamVeld's Job Bos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Fc RamVeld getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Job Bos hit a great ball. Ricky Tuyp hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. When Schadewijk's Johan Lilja in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fc RamVeld's goalie prevented a goal. 81 minutes into the match, Schadewijk's goal looked a bit too open when Adriaan Moorman came free, but Marian Wos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johan Lilja's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aad Staarman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Ed Mensing's late challenge caught a Schadewijk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ed Mensing helped the player get up and apologised. Ed Mensing hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Fc RamVeld's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
