Stinsel's Rogier Ridder made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Bergman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Stinsel. In the 31st minute, Gio Meppelink hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the game, one of F.C. Stinsel:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Thomas Koulakiotis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hette Kruijs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of F.C. Stinsel booed when Gronastic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hubert Roorda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kenneth van der Aa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thomas Koulakiotis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bastiaan Randag in the 46th minute of the match. Thomas Koulakiotis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Thomasse, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luc de Swart was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hette Kruijs got free with Thomas Koulakiotis in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gio Meppelink went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Gronastic's corner Giovanni van Damme fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thomas Koulakiotis quite easily take care of the ball. 64 minutes into the match, F.C. Stinsel's goal looked a bit too open when Gio Meppelink came free, but Thomas Koulakiotis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Richard Westerink hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, F.C. Stinsel's Thomas Koulakiotis got control of the ball when Hette Kruijs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jan Bergman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenneth van der Aa in the 78th minute of the match.
