Jim Steyns took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Paz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ferdinant Ooijer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jim Steyns was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. 15 minutes into the match, Ferdinant Ooijer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jim Steyns. The audience thought a goal was coming when Riemer Brouwer got free with Henk Broos in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robbie Rekers made a kick off. Michael Sibon charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michael Sibon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th minute, Ferdinant Ooijer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Dutch Ducks fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferdinant Ooijer in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jim Steyns saved Passart FC from getting behind. Passart FC's Jim Steyns played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Paz in the 67th minute of play. Jim Steyns showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Paz in the 69th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes The Dutch Ducks got a freekick which was hit by Toni Scheerhoorn. It was beautiful to see Passart FC's Leon Kors in action when he in the 82nd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 86 minutes into the game, Riemer Brouwer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Henk Broos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 90th minute, Riemer Brouwer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jim Steyns was a little too slow when Ferdinant Ooijer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 2-5. The Dutch Ducks played a much better game than Passart FC and deserved their victory. The Passart FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
