Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Güntekin Hızır kicked off to start the match. Miro Zafrilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henk Blank in the 4th minute of play. Henk Blank recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 9 minutes into the game, Ivo Hollander recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Miro Zafrilla. Ivo Hollander showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Jurjen Borst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronald Koerts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Miro Zafrilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Santos Toros booed when CSKA Kazan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriaan de Zee didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henk Blank was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 22nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Ivo Hollander came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Santos Toros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivo Hollander couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute, Adriaan de Zee got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 30th minute, Güntekin Hızır hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivo Hollander in the 32nd minute of play forced CSKA Kazan's goalkeeper Miro Zafrilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronald Koerts got free with Miro Zafrilla in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ronald Koertss short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Miro Zafrilla to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 38th minute, Ivo Hollander reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Miro Zafrilla. The goal made the score 2-0. 42 minutes into the match, CSKA Kazan's goal looked a bit too open when Henk Blank came free, but Miro Zafrilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute Güntekin Hızır shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christijan Jongsma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Toros's Christijan Jongsma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güntekin Hızır in the 46th minute of play. Christijan Jongsma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Güntekin Hızır in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivo Hollander was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute, Ronald Koerts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miro Zafrilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henk Blank, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Miro Zafrilla came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Santos Toros's Henk Blank. But to his dismay, Henk Blank quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. CSKA Kazan's Youri Staarman suffered a sore foot after 73 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronald Koerts during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Santos Toros getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ronald Koerts hit a great ball. Christijan Jongsma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Güntekin Hızır's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. CSKA Kazan's Miro Zafrilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Hollander in the 82nd minute of play. Roderick Polak took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Miro Zafrilla. CSKA Kazan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, CSKA Kazan's goal looked a bit too open when Ivo Hollander came free, but Miro Zafrilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CSKA Kazan's Miro Zafrilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Hollander in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Santos Toros's Henk Blank nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miro Zafrilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Santos Toros walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
