SC Anduze's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yorrick Zandee was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ab Vaalman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Meindert Zoethout, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 17 minutes, Yorrick Zandee mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Katerveer and the SC Anduze players grew even worse after the yellow card. Yorrick Zandee hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 19 played minutes Katerveer got a freekick which was hit by Stefano Teunissen. In the 20th minute of the match Auke Hofsteenge shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ab Vaalman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Meindert Zoethout sped through Katerveer's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ab Vaalman. Meindert Zoethout received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ab Vaalman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filip Bogarde hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Ab Vaalman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Meindert Zoethout's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Pieter Bergen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Geert Oosterhof having to make a save. Geert Oosterhof made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pieter Bergen in the 35th minute of play. The SC Anduze fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when SC Anduze's Meindert Zoethout looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ab Vaalman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Meindert Zoethout, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 45 played minutes SC Anduze got a freekick which was hit by Telesforo Camaño. Ab Vaalman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kevin Kramer in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Meindert Zoethout to make the kick off. Kevin Kramer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ab Vaalman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Meindert Zoethout sped through Katerveer's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ab Vaalman. In the 57th match minute, SC Anduze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Kramer to maneuver through the defense. If Meindert Zoethout had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 61 minutes, Jurgen Schie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Katerveer and the SC Anduze players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Katerveer getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jurgen Schie hit a great ball. Kevin Kramer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ab Vaalman having to interfere. Ab Vaalman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Meindert Zoethout's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. If Hark Krauß had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 69 minutes into the match, Katerveer's goal looked a bit too open when Meindert Zoethout came free, but Ab Vaalman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Meindert Zoethout cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Ab Vaalman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Yorrick Zandee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Geert Oosterhof tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Katerveer's Ab Vaalman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Meindert Zoethout in the 86th minute of play. Ab Vaalman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rien Roelofsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
