When Wilfried Molenaar, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 33 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Hendrik Heide was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Hendrik Heide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mitchell Moermans in the 35th minute of play. Wilfried Molenaar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 played minutes Poland Power FC got a freekick which was hit by Huub van Zaanen. Mitchell Moermans scored 0-2 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hendrik Heide, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Elbert Pals took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Arjan Roorda to make any attempt to save it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mitchell Moermans was the one to do the kick off. Poland Power FC's Hendrik Heide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mitchell Moermans in the 55th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Eimighausen HC's goal looked a bit too open when Elbert Pals came free, but Arjan Roorda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute Elbert Pals shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arjan Roorda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kelvin Mook's late challenge caught a Poland Power FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mitchell Moermans's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hendrik Heide read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mitchell Moermans in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hendrik Heide prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hendrik Heide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mitchell Moermans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Eimighausen HC's Mitchell Moermans slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hendrik Heide. That made the score 1-3 after 82 minutes of play. Jan Luijpers charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan Luijpers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jan Luijpers kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Eimighausen HC's Wilfried Molenaar got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Mitchell Moermans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 99 played minutes Poland Power FC got a freekick which was hit by Guus van Dijk. After 102 minutes Poland Power FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carsten Wiggers who took care of the corner kick. Carsten Wiggers made a great header on Eimighausen HC's corner, it was just that Poland Power FC's Hendrik Heide managed to reach the ball for a save.
