Wilfred Ruiter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klaas Lyle, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 22nd match minute, FC stoeptegel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruud Aelbrecht to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of AIOW APP booed when FC stoeptegel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruud Aelbrecht didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jan-Peter Moermans made a kick off. Sander Roelfs helped the player get up and apologised. Sander Roelfs kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, Jan-Peter Moermans lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Arne Zandberg. The supporters of AIOW APP booed when FC stoeptegel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruud Aelbrecht didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Klaas Lyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Peter Moermans in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Zandberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Klaas Lyle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfred Ruiter having to interfere. In the 88th match minute, FC stoeptegel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruud Aelbrecht to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Peter Moermans might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arne Zandberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan-Peter Moermans ran back to his position shaking his head. The AIOW APP supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC stoeptegel's performance. The match ended with a win for FC stoeptegel.
