The goalkeeper, Emil Oosterhof, was totally fooled by Sssisssende Grasssadersss's Sjors den Engelsman, who 8 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Luuk Terpstra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luuk Terpstra in the 17th minute of play forced Wezup's goalkeeper Emil Oosterhof to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wezup's Emil Oosterhof proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Wezup from getting a goal against them. If Sjors den Engelsman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28th play minutes Robert Deijkers shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Emil Oosterhof and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to Sssisssende Grasssadersss getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Jacob Bunt hit a great ball. Sjors den Engelsman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Luuk Terpstra got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 45th minute Luuk Terpstra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Oosterhof saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Heiko Geurtsen made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Sssisssende Grasssadersss's Elmar Eggens sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emil Oosterhof narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gio Kooij charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gio Kooij the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th minute, Gio Kooij hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sjors den Engelsman in the 57th minute of play forced Wezup's goalkeeper Emil Oosterhof to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobus Rensenbrink made an important save on a dangerous shot by Youri Mook in the 60th minute. In the 67th minute Sjors den Engelsman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Oosterhof saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Luuk Terpstra made a precise shot to the right of Emil Oosterhof. Wezup's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 74 played minutes Sssisssende Grasssadersss got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Ensing. In the 76th minute, Heiko Geurtsen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jacobus Rensenbrink. The goal made the score 3-1. Sjors den Engelsman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Oosterhof having to interfere. Wezup's Emil Oosterhof played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sjors den Engelsman in the 81st minute of play. When Sjors den Engelsman came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Sssisssende Grasssadersss fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sjors den Engelsman couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Sjors den Engelsman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sssisssende Grasssadersss's supporters rose to their feet, but Sjors den Engelsman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Oosterhof breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Sjors den Engelsman put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Emil Oosterhof.
