Christijan Ommen made a great header on Broeksittard's corner, it was just that SV Westenschouwen's Ricky Blanker managed to reach the ball for a save. If Jean-Paul Bessing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, SV Westenschouwen's Melvin Rinzema got a free kick in the 97th minute. Christijan Ommen's shot from long distance in the 98th minute was not bad at all, but SV Westenschouwen's Ricky Blanker knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. The Broeksittard players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented SV Westenschouwen from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
