Seating: 1485, VIP seats: 15) Goodtimes FC's Otto Lute started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Olof Evers was a little too slow when Otto Lute got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. Richard Oosting hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Olof Evers was a little too slow when Emiel van Assen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 2-0. Robert Groten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erwin Ottenhof in the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Goodtimes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Westerhof came free, but Robert Groten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC LOOT booed when Goodtimes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Co Hoogstrate didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 22 in the game by Tim Hulshof from a close distance when the talented Olof Evers managed to make a qualified save. FC LOOT's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dries Bender in the 24th minute of play forced FC LOOT's goalkeeper Olof Evers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Otto Lute in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olof Evers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute, Goodtimes FC's Alwin Decheiver seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alwin Decheiver the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Goodtimes FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alwin Decheiver had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. FC LOOT's Joris Hulsebos got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Emiel van Assen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Tim Hulshof ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olof Evers was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Tim Hulshof fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Evers having to interfere. After some careless play in the FC LOOT defense, Emiel van Assen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olof Evers. The FC LOOT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olof Evers should have stopped the shot. Tim Hulshof received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Olof Evers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joris Hulsebos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Edgard Aerssen fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC LOOT's protests and gave Edgard Aerssen a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Goodtimes FC booed when FC LOOT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Aerssen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Tim Hulshof had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olof Evers. FC LOOT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tim Hulshof was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. After 56 minutes of play FC LOOT's Edgard Aerssen was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, FC LOOT's Edgard Aerssen got a free kick in the 57th minute. Emiel van Assen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Evers having to interfere. Peter Westerhof recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd minute, Timmie Knopper got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC LOOT's Olof Evers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiel van Assen in the 65th minute of play. After having played for 69 minutes, Emiel van Assen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goodtimes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emiel van Assen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Tim Hulshof managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goodtimes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tim Hulshof was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olof Evers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Emiel van Assen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tim Hulshof sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dries Bender received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Olof Evers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86thth minute of the game Tim Hulshof who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC LOOT's Olof Evers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Otto Lute had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otto Lute fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olof Evers having to interfere. If Otto Lute had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Goodtimes FC had played much better football throughout.
