After a rather tough play, Real Wezep's Lucas Opdam got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Lucas Lindeman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elco Nibbelke, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olaf Hesseling in the 10th minute of play forced Real Wezep's goalkeeper Hub Borgman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Real Wezep defense, Alwin Wilson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hub Borgman. The Real Wezep fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hub Borgman should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alwin Wilson during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alwin Wilson hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. If Elco Nibbelke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ingvar Bergqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Real Wezep's Ingvar Bergqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Real Wezep booed when Kulsdom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erben Verheije didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Elco Nibbelke had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucas Lindeman. Kulsdom's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elco Nibbelke was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Elco Nibbelke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Lindeman having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Ingvar Bergqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Wezep's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingvar Bergqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Lindeman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olaf Hesseling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hub Borgman having to interfere. Roderick Meertens charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roderick Meertens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Kulsdom booed when Real Wezep was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roderick Meertens didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

A collision led to Kulsdom getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Olaf Hesseling hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, Kulsdom's goalkeeper Lucas Lindeman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Wessels. After 59 minutes, Hans Spiering mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kulsdom and the Real Wezep players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Elco Nibbelke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roderick Meertens was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 78th minute of the match Jouke Diest sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hub Borgman skillfully saved the ball. Kulsdom's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Twan Brandsma 79 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. Real Wezep's Victor Wessels got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kulsdom's Lucas Lindeman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Kulsdom from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Twan Brandsma kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lucas Lindeman. That made the score 1-4 in the 92 minute of play.
