Kevin Heeringa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Frits Middel's late challenge caught a Driesum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frits Middel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th match minute, Sporting Frisia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frits Middel to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Sporting Frisia's Jaap Kolkman got a free kick in the 61st minute.
